do not manufacture them, our warranty is limited. Rest assured, we make
every effort to find and sell only the finest quality products. In
addition, you are
covered by a 15 day "no questions asked", return / exchange policy. Defects
or damage are usually discovered within that time period.
Minor Surface Flaws on
Silver-plated items: Silver-plated trees
and ornament stands are made by hand. Occasionally we have seen
minor surface or finishing variations which are a by-product of that process. If your
tree has serious defects that affect its usability, call us immediately at

Warranty Period: Your

ordered by you arrives at our location in a damaged box, you can be sure we will open it,
examine the contents, replace the box if necessary and any missing items
before sending it on to you.
If the original product is unavailable (as often happens during the holiday
season) we will back order it for you and ship it when it comes in. Or,
you can also select a different replacement product if you wish.
Exchanges: You can exchange

Packaging/Storage: If
possible, we change out the original lightweight shipping boxes for
ornament stands
and certain table top trees. You will get a heavier, Indestructo storage box
(brown or white) rated to be crush resistant up to 200 lbs of pressure.
It is intended to provide you with off-season storage. The peanuts around the
ornament stand or tabletop tree provide additional cushioning against breakage
or damage in
transit. Please use this box
to store your ornament stand or tree when it is not in use.
Use and Care: Basic use and care instructions
for your stand/tree are
taped inside the box or on
your receipt. Instructions

Restocking
Fees: There is no restocking fee for a product returned because
of shipper damage or a return/ exchange initiated within your 15 day warranty
period.
However, there is a 25%
restocking fee for the following:
- requests for refund after the warranty
period has expired;
- items returned without an RMA number;
- products returned with unreported damage,
missing pieces or missing parts.
Return/Exchange/Credit
Deadlines:
- After 15 days,
returns for merchandise credit only.
- No returns after 30 days.
- These restrictions
enable us to respond to you in a timely manner during the holiday
season and comply with internal product return / replacement
deadlines.
