GIFT
ORNAMENTS
If you live in the USA, you can order our products and
request they be shipped elsewhere as a gift. We may contact you by phone or e-mail before
shipping any order over $25. If
you do not respond within 7 days after the initial contact, your order
will be cancelled at our option. The gift goes directly to
the "Ship To" address on the order form and arrives "ready to
give" with a gift card. Pricing information will be removed. There is no extra charge for this service. You will get a copy of the tracking number by e-mail
after your ornament or ornament stand is shipped. You will
get your receipt by return mail. See the Ordering Calendar for business hours and shipment dates.

INDIVIDUAL
ORNAMENTS
We process ornament orders from January 10 until December
20. Individual orders placed for USA delivery before December 18 are
guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. We usually
ship ornaments first class
by United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and a tracking number.
You will get a copy of the tracking number by e-mail
after your
product is shipped. Packages usually arrive within 1-3
days. Items on the same order with different stock numbers are not always
shipped together. We can not ship to a post office box. See the Ordering Calendar for business hours and shipment dates.
If you are uncomfortable about receiving packages via
USPS
or not sure your package will arrive on/before Christmas eve, you can choose from
several expedited UPS or Fed Ex shipping options on the order form. The additional cost (if any) will be added to your order. You can
use your own
FedEx/ USPS account if you wish. Your signature may be required for delivery. This service may not be available to all areas of the
US or may take longer than one day for delivery. Call us first! or send us
an e-mail after you order.

CUSTOM ORNAMENTS
Custom,
Corporate, Family
or Ministry orders can be
shipped as a group to your location or individually to the persons on your mailing list.
There is no
extra charge for preparing individual labels, packaging individual gifts for
mailing etc. However, shipping charges may be additional. Custom orders
are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex with signature required. We will calculate
and include that in the cost of your order. Or, you can use your
own UPS/FedEx account. You will get a notice of the tracking number by e-mail as soon as your
products
are shipped.

INTERNATIONAL AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING
At the present time, our shopping cart does not collect the entire amount necessary for
expedited or international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US territories.
We will contact you with an exact quote calculated from United States Postal Service or UPS Canada website (
http://www.usps.com) . We can also use your own carrier account with UPS, FedEx or DHL. After
you select the method of delivery, we will send you a secure payment link for
the difference between the amount collected by our cart and the cost of the
delivery method that you select. Or, we'll contact you for further verification of payment details.
You can also send us a payment from your Paypal account.
The order will be held until payment is completed.
The US Postal Service Global delivery dates as calculated from their website are extremely optimistic. Effective May 2007, parcel post is no longer an option for international orders. Global Priority Mail and Express Mail International and Global Express Guaranteed are the only options for our European and Australian customers. Canadian customers have UPS Canada ground which is surprisingly quite reasonable. You are responsible for any tariffs, import taxes, fees, charged by your country and for most international customers, these fees will be collected at the time of delivery.

STANDS AND TABLETOP TREES
Shipping: We usually
ship ornaments, stands and tabletop trees by UPS.
You will get a copy of the tracking number by e-mail
after your
product is shipped. USPS packages usually arrive within
1-4
days. UPS packages usually arrive within
3-5 business
days. Items on the same order with different stock numbers are not always
shipped together. We can not ship to a post office box. Please use a
street address on your order. UPS can not
deliver to a post office box. FedEx is available for an additional $10 pick
up fee if you are using your own carrier account.

Shipping Overcharge and the
Multiple Product Discount: Shipping charges to areas
west of Ohio, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and certain CA, WA, OR and
international destinations generally exceed the amount
collected by our cart. If the actual shipping exceeds the
amount collected by $5 or more we will contact you by e-mail and by phone to
discuss your order before shipping. If you do not respond within 7 days
after the initial contact, your order will be cancelled.
