covered by a 10 day "no questions asked", exchange policy. Click

A Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number is required with all returns. Restocking
fees are charged under certain circumstances. See the details below: |

(1) Call
1.888.539.2884 immediately (or within
2 days of receipt) to
report damaged merchandise and request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). (2)
We prefer that you
return the damaged/broken item(s) in the original shipping or Indestructo
storage box. If
the box was also damaged, please let us know in your message. We will replace the product as
soon as we receive your return. Click here

There is no restocking fee for a product
damage report
initiated within the 10 day warranty period. If you report a damaged product
more than
10 days after you receive it or return it without an RMA number, we
will charge a 25% restocking fee. If you return it with missing
pieces/parts (unrelated to the original damage) we will assess a 35%
restocking fee.

(1) Call
1.888.539.2884 immediately (or within
2 days of receipt) to
report damaged merchandise and obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA). Returns without prior authorization will not be
accepted. (2) Keep the box and broken item(s)
until our claim of damage has been examined by the shipper if necessary. (3)
We will issue a request for the shipper (usually UPS or FedEx) to pick
up the tree at no expense to you. (4) A replacement will be shipped to
you. If the product is unavailable, (as often happens during the holiday
season) we will back order it for you and ship it when it comes in or
refund your payment at your option. Click here
