PLEASE NOTE: A Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number is required with all returns/exchanges. Restocking
fees are charged under certain circumstances. Products
must be returned within 10 days after an RMA is issued. |

Call
1.888.539.2884 immediately to
report a defective product or merchandise that arrived in a damaged
condition. Leave
a message stating your name, phone number, product to be returned and
the reason for your return. We will contact you within 24 hours to
discuss your options and issue a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
(2)
We prefer that you
return the damaged/broken item(s) in the original shipping or Indestructo
storage box. So carefully repack the product in its original box if

(3)
For your protection, return the product using a traceable method such as
USPS Priority or first class mail with delivery confirmation, FedEX or
UPS.
(4) A replacement product will be shipped to
you as soon as we receive your return. If the product is unavailable (as
often happens during the holiday season) we will back order it for you
and ship it when it comes in. Or, you can also select a different
replacement product if you wish.
There is no
restocking fee for a product
damage exchange initiated within the 15 day warranty period.

Defective
or Shipper Damaged Floor Ornament Tree

Call

the reason for your return. If the box was also damaged and can not
be reused, please let us know in your message. We will contact you
within 24 hours to discuss your options and issue a Return Merchandise

storage box if possible. So, carefully re-pack the tree in the original box. Keep the box and broken item(s)

We will issue a request for the shipper (usually UPS or FedEx) to pick
up the tree at no expense to you.
(4) A replacement will be shipped to
you as soon as we receive your return or notice that the shipper has
picked up your tree. If the product is unavailable, (as often happens during the holiday
season) we will back order it for you and ship it when it comes in. Or,
you can select a different replacement product if you wish.

There is no restocking fee for
a product returned because of shipper
damage, a return for refund or a return for exchange if the request is initiated within
your 15 day warranty
period. However, there is a 25%
restocking fee for the following:
- returns for refund initiated after the warranty
period;
- items returned without an RMA number;
- items returned with unreported damage,
missing pieces or missing parts.
