Packing a KCIC Ornament Stand or Tree for Return

• E-mail us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number or call 1.888.539.2884 and leave your name along with a description of the product you wish to return or your original invoice number.

• Products must be returned within 10 days after an RMA is issued.

• Complete and print out the Return Request Form.

• Or, fill out the form on the back of your receipt.

• Remember to write your RMA number on the form. 

• Photocopy your invoice/receipt and attach it to the RMA Form.

PACKING A STAND FOR RETURN: Remove the packing peanuts from the original Indestructo shipping/storage box and set them aside. Spread a thin layer of peanuts in the bottom of the box, insert the stand and cover it with the remaining peanuts. If the box is not full, add more peanuts or stuff the box almost to the top with crumpled newspaper. 

• insert the completed Return Request form and a copy of your receipt in the box

• close the shipping box and seal it with heavy duty tape

The completely packed ornament stand with peanuts weighs approx. 2-4 lbs. Depending upon your location, the type and number of product/products you are returning and your shipping method it will cost between $4.50 and $30.00.

For your own protection, return the ornament stand using a method that allows you to track it or prove shipment in the event your package is lost or misdirected. Traceable shipping methods include: Priority Mail-USPS with Delivery Confirmation, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, certified US mail, First class USPS with Delivery Confirmation or signature required. PACKING A 12"- 36" TABLETOP ORNAMENT TREE FOR RETURN: Replace the tree in the box exactly as you received it. This is important in order to prevent damage to the tree. Replace the original peanuts or if you discarded them, fill the box to the top with crumpled or shredded newspaper. 

The completely packed tabletop ornament tree with peanuts weighs approximately 4-10 lbs. Depending upon your location, the product/products you are returning and your shipping method it will cost between $9.50 and $50.00.

PACKING A 47"-  69" FLOOR ORNAMENT TREE FOR RETURN: Replace the tree in the box exactly as you received it. This is important in order to prevent damage to the tree. Use the cardboard stiffeners provided by the manufacturer. If the box was damaged by the shipper and is unusable, please notify us when you call for the RMA. Ornament trees over 40" will be picked up by UPS or FedEX. 

The completely packed floor stand trees weigh approximately 10-20 lbs. Products are shipped in oversize boxes and are assessed a higher shipping rate not based upon the actual weight.
