Packing a Broken KCIC Christmas Ornament

We will gladly replace any broken or damaged ornament belonging to a registered KCIC ornament owner, that was properly stored in the original Indestructo box supplied with the ornament. See our return policy for more details.

• E-mail us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number or call 1.888.539.2884 .

• Print out the Refurbishing Request Form 

• Fill it out completely.

• Remember to write your RMA number on the form. 

Do not handle the broken glass or porcelain pieces with your bare hands! Use paper or cardboard to scoop the broken ornament and ornament shards into a small plastic bag or the storage box. Carefully stuff the box almost to the top with crumpled newspaper to keep the broken pieces from rattling around in the box during transit. 

• Lay the completed Refurbishing Request form and 

• a copy of your receipt inside of the box, on top of the crumpled newspaper.

• close the storage box, wrap it in 40 lb brown/white mailing paper and seal it with heavy duty tape OR,

• place it inside of a larger mailing box, seal it with heavy duty tape and send the ornament to:

The completely packed porcelain ornament with newspaper weighs approx. 8-15 oz. The packed glass ornament weighs approx. 2-6 oz. 

For your own protection, return the ornament using a method that allow you to track it. For example: USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or signature required, UPS or FedEx. If you have any questions please call 1.888.539.2884 .
